We have worked with Culture Emulsion for three consecutive years on customized team-building activities for our front-line and administrative teams. For the latest activity, we visited IMG World, where the day was divided between team improvisation and theater challenges and a brand-themed treasure hunt throughout the park. The mix of theatrical warm-up exercises, group improvisation challenges, and pure fun and adventure really allowed team members to open up, be themselves, unleash their creativity, work together, and get to know each other. Culture Emulsion participated in one of our store manager meetings for the Middle East, Africa, and India region. We defined all of our problems and the constraints inherent in such a project (our head office had imposed a very strict budget on us). Culture Emulsion and its teams understood, analyzed, and adapted their resources to propose a project combining training and team building around the theme of “Morning Briefing Store.” Our 80 managers were all able to express themselves, individually or in groups, through numerous role-playing games and short skits. We began this adventure two years ago with a specific goal in mind : to improve the quality of training by improving the quality of our trainers . Investing in our trainers is the key to success for any brand , because they are the ones who will lead the training sessions with creativity, generosity, and confidence . Culture Emulsion was the ideal and perfect partner for this new process, which had never been done before and has now been expanded and implemented at Guerlain's headquarters worldwide. After these four waves of training, we have seen a significant improvement in the quality of the training and the methods used. Albatross CX / The Customer Experience Group has been requesting for the last 2 years Stephane Brismontier to animate the opening session of our annual seminar. Twice it was a great success!
