Stéphane is always ready to share his experience on people development, education, and performing arts in his native France, then in Italy, Hong Kong and in the Middle East.
Building on 25+ years of experience & learning from Retailers & Brands, to teaching drama to hundreds of individuals, coaching Corporate Teams from Sales Professionals to Top Management, he made his mission to help people develop their skills and competencies to become the best version of themselves and achieve their goals in a seamless approach.
Starting his career with the biggest Retailers in various fields such as Procurement, Product Development and Management, he then developed his expertise within iconic Brands as Sales, Business Development, Online, Product, Training, Teams Manager.
He never stops discovering and have an appetite for learning (Master Degree at Neoma Business School, Certified Professional Coach, ORSC Change Coaching, Acting International Drama School, Cours Florent Drama School, Executive Programs from INSEAD, Oxford University and Harvard Business School)

Passionate about theatre for more than 20 years, Christel has acted in a number of plays alongside her work in flavours and sensory analysis.
She eventually devoted herself entirely to her passion, giving acting lessons for children and adults at Culture Émulsion.
Her theatre credits include Edmond, Huit femmes, Le dîner de cons, and this year she directed L'hôtel du Libre Échange and the teen play Les enfants de la télé.
